To earn votes on the Target Circle Platform, you'll need to shop at Target. Typically, you'll earn one vote per transaction (on qualifying items) regardless of dollar amount. Most in-store and online purchases earn votes, although some item types may be excluded. Some examples of exclusions would be prescriptions, adult beverages, or gift cards. If ordering online for pickup or delivery, votes will be awarded once the transaction is complete and your items are in hand.
